Main Job Purpose

Manage all the Group's cases management, investigations & representing the company in labor courts to maintain the Group rights in line with Saudi labor law.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Employee duties are not limited only to the below-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Legal internal affairs:

  • Manage the employees’ internal legal affairs in line with Saudi labor law & through coordination with the law firms.
  • Represent BG in the labor courts and all the cases relevant to the employees to maintain BG legal rights.

Cases management:

  • Manage & participate in the investigations for BG employees ensuring proper documentation of the outcome and effective implementation of the recommendations.
  • Train the People Experience employees in all BG companies on how to conduct & document investigations as per Saudi labor law.
  • Review & approve any investigation report developed by the People Experience teams in regions or HQ to ensure quality & consistency.

Documentation:

  • Create a database for the cases management, employees’ investigations, and cases with labor courts to ensure proper documentation.
  • Track & control the end-to-end process of the investigations & cases management through utilization of employees’ E-files/database.
  • Develop all the relevant policies and workflows relevant to the employees’ investigations and cases management to ensure proper documentation.
