HR Generalist

  • Employee duties are not limited only to the below-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned. 


  • Support in defining the HR strategy of the concern department(s) through demonstrating understanding of the concern department(s) strategy, alignment with the HR strategy and the collaboration with all the HR SMEs to ensure the achievement of the concern division strategy and objectives. 

  • Implement the HR tools, practices and initiatives (e.g. participate in building capability, engagement and recognition activities, etc.…) through the collaboration with the HR SMEs in order to support the concern Business strategy. 

  • Execute the Promotions, transfers and evaluations for the assigned divisions through the collaboration with the HR SMEs, gathering the required data and communication with the HR Business Partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery. 

  • Implementation of the HR activities as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), performance management, organization design, manpower …etc. to the assigned departments’ staff through the collaboration with the management team and SMEs. 

  • Participate in the regular HR Admin cases and escalations including salaries, vacations, exit and entry visa…. etc. through collaboration with the HR Admin team in the branches and head quarter to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Communicate all the data of the assigned department(s) HR dashboard in regards to the head count, turnover, promotion, manpower efficiency, Saudization measurements, payments, ongoing projects…etc. in order to provide proper performance tracking to the assigned departments. 

  • Activate all the HR initiatives, policies, SLAs …etc. and other documentations to ensure standardization and smooth running. 

  • Prepare reports as required by the HR Business Partner through proper data gathering and analysis in order to support the decision-making process.
