Accountabilities

 

  • Employee duties are not limited only to the below-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

 

  • Define the customized HR strategy of the assigned company through demonstrating understanding of the Business & Group HR strategies, assessing business needs and the collaboration with all the HR teams.
  • Lead the Nationalization & diversity agenda utilizing the recruitment & control exit of employees through collaboration with department heads to ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Activate all the HR initiatives, policies, SLAs …etc. and other documentations to ensure standardization and smooth running.
  • Manage the performance & development of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
  • Develop the company’s workforce plan & manage its execution through collaboration with department heads & CoE to ensure business sustainability.
  • Manage the recruitment & onboarding activities of the company through setting the standards & managing the people experience generalists.
  • Manage the performance management process in the company including objectives setting, reviews, evaluation & managers’ education to promote performance driven culture.
  • Support the development of L&D strategy of the company and lead its execution in line with the company strategy to develop the company’s employees.
  • Lead the talent initiatives like promotions, rotation, succession planning, top talents program, transfers…. etc. to ensure career progression and retention of the employees.
  • Manage the culture & engagement strategy of the company through the collaboration with the C&C department, department heads & champions to ensure the employees engagement & maintain healthy culture.
  • Manage the major HR Admin cases and escalations including salaries, vacations, exit and entry visa…. etc. through collaboration with the HR Care team to ensure smooth operations.
