- Commercial Dispute and Litigation: Handle and strategically manage commercial disputes and litigation cases, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary. Develop effective strategies to protect the company's interests, manage legal risks, and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Contracts and Agreements: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including but not limited to commercial contracts, vendor agreements, customer agreements, and partnership agreements. Ensure that contracts are compliant with legal requirements and protect the company's interests.
- Labor Relations: Provide legal guidance and support regarding labor and employment matters, including employee contracts, policies, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Collaborate with HR and management to address labor-related issues, disputes, and negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, government agencies, external legal counsel, and other relevant parties. Represent the company's legal interests in negotiations, meetings, and interactions with stakeholders.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across the organization.
