Main Job Purposes

To lead enterprise solutions function, application analysis, ERP implementation/ upgrade, and integration of IT solutions, ensuring business continuity and work quality meets business standards.

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Employee duties are not limited only to the below-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

 

Operations Management

  • Lead a team of functional and technical resources to deliver and support end to end enterprise solutions.
  • Ensure enterprise solutions support operations are effectively managed and achieve the operational objectives. 
  • Ensure standard project management activities are conducted including planning, scope management, estimation, resource administration and completion of project within specified parameters.
  • Coordinate with IT management in developing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and implement organization strategies.
  • Assist in implementing IT strategies by actively preparing enterprise solutions in line with the business needs.

Operations Execution

  • Administration and management of project operations according to the standard operation procedures and service level agreement.
  • Provide insights and feedback on strategic implementation to ensure smooth fulfillment of IT projects in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for communicating with enterprise applications related suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead in selection of technology needs for meeting business requirements.
  • Maximize utilization of enterprise solutions and system by continuously ensuring technological relevancy to the group needs and optimization in line with recent trends and updates in the IT field.
  • Ability to deliver relevant training to both technical and business audience.
  • Manage, investigate and review enterprise grade applications related issues / incidents.
  • Conducts analysis and reviews for assigned business functions
  • Ensure issues and difficulties related to assigned business function/unit are resolved and the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets are met.
  • Ensures that IT service reports are produced for each related IT customer service.
  • Perform gap analysis to highlight breaches of related SLA targets, investigating reasons and recommending actions to prevent their recurrence.

 

People Management

  • Lead and provide direction to the IT Solutions teams in line with business plans and objectives, and interpret and implement operational competencies to achieve results.
  • Build the team’s capabilities by ensuring ongoing on-the-job training, coaching, and regular 1:1 feedback to maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths.
  • Identify training needs for the team to ensure their continuous development and boost their performance.
  • Cascade down the company’s strategies and individual KPIs to the team properly to ensure awareness and ownership.
