Manage campaign briefing with the ability to understand communication objectives and media planning assumptions.

Verify media plan assumptions, costing, scheduling and invoicing.
Marketing Communications:

Brief and coordinate with creative agencies to develop solid communication campaigns, ensuring accurate delivery of communication materials.

Negotiations:

Initiate and manage partnership discussion with suppliers, define services scope and cost estimates based on competitive market norms and historic data.

Strictly implement purchasing process, keeping in view quality of product and services.
Performance Management:
Utilize data and trends to define implications to KPI's, link progress to campaign goals, share periodic updates and capture benchmarks for campaign success and failures.
Financial Management:
Manage functional budget responsibly, build fiscal budget assumption for planning and correlate performance with cost, and built assumptions based on trends and market norms.
