Accountabilities 

 

  • Employee duties are not limited only to the below-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Campaign planning and managing tactics independently.  

  • Lead implementation 

  • Monitor progress and results to help evolve integrated marketing strategy. 

 

Brand Activation: 

  • Manage campaign briefing process, lead planning, execution and tracking of brand activation (experiential) initiatives ensuring excellence in execution and achievement of set KPIs 

  • Demonstrate ability to plan, supervise events and corporate sponsorship events independently and able to coordinate with agencies to deliver quality executions.  

 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Coordinate and manage implementation of brand messages across digital and social media platforms including qualifying campaign ideas, content planning and digital media planning to meet communication objectives.  

  • Explore and recommend tools, applications and approach that evolve digital experience. 

 

Media Planning: 

  • Manage campaign briefing with the ability to understand communication objectives and media planning assumptions.  

  • Verify media plan assumptions, costing, scheduling and invoicing. 

 

Marketing Communications: 

  • Brief and coordinate with creative agencies to develop solid communication campaigns, ensuring accurate delivery of communication materials.  

  • Able to qualify submissions with rationale.  

 

Negotiations: 

  • Initiate and manage partnership discussion with suppliers, define services scope and cost estimates based on competitive market norms and historic data.  

  • Strictly implement purchasing process, keeping in view quality of product and services. 

 

 

Performance Management: 

Utilize data and trends to define implications to KPI's, link progress to campaign goals, share periodic updates and capture benchmarks for campaign success and failures. 

 

Financial Management: 

Manage functional budget responsibly, build fiscal budget assumption for planning and correlate performance with cost, and built assumptions based on trends and market norms.
