  1. Collaborate closely with the Principal to define the growth strategy and ensure successful execution of brand strategies across different channels.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of the market, category, customers, and competition to identify challenges, opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
  3. Lead the annual business development planning process with the Principal and internal teams to set marketing goals, translate strategies into operational plans, and drive profitability.
  4. Manage the S&OP cycle, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure proper stock availability and regional distribution.
  5. Communicate regularly with the Principal, share reports and insights, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  6. Oversee new product development, monitor launch execution, and support underperforming products.
  7. Monitor retail audits, trade marketing programs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
  8. Design and implement monthly trade initiatives, incentive programs, and manage budgets and finances.
